Please contact us as soon as possible at support@fungtea.com if you would like to request a cancellation or make changes to your order. Any order successfully cancelled will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee based on the total order value. This amount will be deducted from the refund to offset the credit card and payment processing fees incurred when the order was placed.

Cancellation or change requests may only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered warehouse processing, been prepared for shipment, dispatched or handed over to our logistics partner.

Please note that tracking information may not always be available immediately, and an order may already be undergoing processing or be in transit before a tracking number appears in your account. Fung Tea will confirm whether a cancellation or change is still possible based on the latest status provided by our warehouse and logistics partners.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. A cancellation is only confirmed once written confirmation has been provided by Fung Tea. If the order can no longer be cancelled, we kindly ask that you wait for it to arrive and follow our return procedure.

Fung Tea Digital Gift Card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. This restriction applies only to the digital gift card itself; eligible products purchased using a gift card remain subject to our return policy.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or compromised during shipping, contact us at support@fungtea.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging

Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Fung Tea may be unable to approve a replacement or refund if the product or packaging has been discarded before the review is completed.

For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, all tea, tea leaves, beverages, edible products, and other food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This applies whether or not the packaging has been opened.

However, if a tea or food product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so our team can review the issue.

Eligible non-food products, including unused tea cups, teaware, and tea tools, may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be free from scratches, damage, wear, or alteration

Step 1: Request a return or exchange

Email support@fungtea.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will provide return authorization and the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the address printed on the original shipping package. That address may not be our returns facility.

Step 2: Ship the product back

After receiving approval, please ship the item within 3 business days.

Use a trackable shipping service. Signature confirmation is also recommended. Fung Tea is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered during transit.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 3: Inspection, refund, or exchange

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days.

If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or arrange shipment of an approved replacement.

Fung Tea reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet the conditions of our policy.

Processing Times

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Fung Tea orders are primarily dispatched from our fulfillment locations in China, including our tea production and operations network in Yunnan and Guangzhou.

The shipping location may vary depending on the product, inventory availability, and destination. Tea, tea cups, teaware, and tea tools may be shipped separately when they are stored at different fulfillment locations.

You will receive tracking information when each shipment has been dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link.

For orders shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.

If you cannot find your tracking information, contact support@fungtea.com with your order number.

Please contact us at support@fungtea.com immediately if you notice that your shipping address is incorrect.

We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet entered processing or been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or that the package can be redirected.

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting an order.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping time because of circumstances outside our control, including:

• Customs processing

• Weather conditions

• Carrier delays

• Public holidays

• High seasonal shipping volumes

• Local delivery disruptions

Tracking information may also take time to update while a package is moving between international carriers.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact support@fungtea.com with your order number. Our team will review the shipment and assist you with the available next steps.
