1983 壹玖捌叁 | Banzhang · Ripe Pu-erh
Each tea cake comes in its own individual gift box.
Banzhang Depth
Made from ancient-tree tea leaves sourced from the Banzhang tea region, this ripe Pu-erh combines the substantial character of old-tree material with the mellow depth developed through controlled fermentation. Rich, warming, and smooth, it offers a comforting expression of Banzhang without harshness or dryness.
Appearance
The cake is round, evenly proportioned, and moderately compressed, with a clearly defined central indentation and clean, intact edges. Thick tea strands are interwoven with visible golden tips, while the surface displays a glossy red-brown color.
Aroma Tea Liquor
Once brewed, the tea produces a deep red liquor that remains clear and luminous. The aromatic profile is led by sticky-rice fragrance and dried licorice-like herbal notes, supported by warm wood, sweet jujube, and gentle honey.
Taste Finish
The liquor is rich, full-bodied, and smooth, with a soft, refined texture that flows across the palate without coarse astringency or throat dryness. A mellow ancient-tree depth is followed by lingering jujube sweetness, a warm throat sensation, and a comfortable, warming finish.
